I do not answer calls on unknown phone numbers.  Internet search suggests these are folks that what to negotiate
a IRS tax settlement on back taxes.  I owe nothing on back taxes and can prove it!  If you owe the IRS for back taxes,
they will notify you by mail along with a case number.  They may call you later but will refer to the case number.
