Called my cell phone at 10:20 AM. No message.

Claimed to be calling about my auto insurance payment. I hung up when they did not identify their company.

No one on the line.

After I answered and said "hello," it sounded like someone picked up the phone. It was a woman. She said "Hello?" When I replied "Hello." She stated "sorry to disturb you" and hung up. When I attempted to call the number back, it said that my account is not authorized to call that number. Within a minute I then got a call from a different number who thought I'd just called them.  Weird.

sounds like a computer talking back to you.  called the # back and said non working number.
