Recorded message said they were verifying a registered voter was at this number and they were not affiliated with any political party.

this number called, didn't pick up, no voice mail left, caller id read Iowa

Caller ID said US Cellular 515-393-6418.  Since I don't know anyone in Iowa, I didn't answer.  Left a message that they wanted to verify that a registered voter was at my number.  Said they were the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, 430 S. Capital St. S.E., Washington, DC 20003, telephone 202-485-1350.
