I have received a call from this number 6 times in the last week.  I called it back and finally got an answer.  It was from Blue Cross, said I had made an inquiry about insurance on line.  Total lie!!  Told her to take name off their calling list.  They have not called my home phone, just my cell phone, which I NEVER give out.
