I got a call from this number on my cell phone at 9:51 am (Central Time) but did not recognize it so let it go. When I tried to return the call a few minutes later I got a recording stating that the office (no business name stated) was closed. The recording stated to call back M-F 7-4 pm Pacific Time. EVEN THOUGH THEY JUST CALLED!
Received a couple calls from this number and today I answered the call. It was a man with a thick heavy accent and a lot of back ground noise. I think someone on here said it sounded like he was in a restaurant....I would have to agree. He had my name, vehicle make and model. It sounded like he was calling to extend my warranty and wanted to know how many miles my vehicle had. I thought this was odd because I have 2 yrs left on my vehicle's warranty.
I hung up and called the number back. The recording indicated they were closed. Their office hours are 7 am to 4 pm pacific time. I called at 11:45 am central time which is 9:45 am pacific--definitely within business hours.
