Does anybody even track these reports? These people violating the DNC registry need to be put out of business. They knew the make, model and year of my vehicle as well as my name and phone number. I guess every transaction/vehicle registration and everything else we do is on the world wide web for anyone to harvest and abuse. She asked about my mileage and I just hung up. I let everything go to the answering machine, but my wife always picks up when she's home.
When we register our cars through the state all that info becomes public. We basically have no rights and the states are encouraging this behavior by allowing access to the information.
This number is for extended car warrantee insurance provided by the National Car Dealer Association. When I purchased my Ford Taurus the dealership collected the info and passes it onto the association creating a contact list. They mail me crap as well stating "last chance to extend your car coverage" "3rd and final notice" over and over again. Landfill loves them
