I also received 3 robo phone calls from
515-414-8821. Robo left 2 messages about compromised iCloud account. I picked up on the third call and hung up. I see from all the posts that this is a scam!
Same as above. When I rold them I did'nt have an apple device and to please remove me he said f/u. I said excuse me, he said he was talking to his employer, and tan said it again. RUDE SCAM!!
I received the same robo call this morning at 7:58am PST... pressed 1 to speak to someone now and was connected with a male who was clearly not an English speaker... and he tried to convince me that he was an Apple Rep and my Apple iCloud account had been breached by a group overseas... I told him that he sounded as if he was overseas and I would take it up with someone at my Apple Store... after speaking with a genuine Apple Rep, I was informed that this is in fact a phishing scam... however further investigation revealed that my Apple iCloud account had been locked after an unauthorized individual tried to hack it... so some lengthy efforts to reset password, etc. and a new backup was necessary....
