I was getting calls over and over and over again.  I would ask them to stop and it only got worse.  I found a program that I downloaded onto my cell phone called BuzzOff that after I programmed in the phone number that was bugging me it would recognize the number whenever it called and it would pick up and immediately  hangup!!  They called one more time and when they realized I would no longer be available (actually my voice mail because I never answered anyway) they NEVER called again!!

Ahhh, sweet victory!!
