Person was screaming in Arabic at me. Could not understand a word he was saying. His anger was off the hook too. He sounded totally crazy, so stay away from this #.
The number is likely "spoofed" and not the actual number used by the caller, so you'd just be spamming an innocent third party.
Many of these callers are from outside the US so iuts too much of a bother for ouir government to pursue them, and not of interest to their government.
