I continuously get collection calls for a Kelly merritt on my cell phone. she used to live at my address prior to me buying the house in 2004!! somehow my Verizon number is linked to this crap with her name. 2814047467  and 5154487001 and 4049026312! two of the numbers stated they were department of investigations and would remove me from their list, however earlier this year it wasn't done until after they threatened to send a sherriff to my address for a warrant for Kelly merritt! today I received two calls from 4049026312. so disgusted with them all. they refused to give any information address or company name other than they were the department of investigations. I found a Kelly merritt online in davenport courts in iowa who was married to a dave merritt. they were divorced. I know this is the same one since I received junk mail for many years for both of them. she was charged with bad check writing. imagine that. I found more information on the computer about them than the collection agencies who are jerks for linking my cell number and harassing me instead of tracking her down themselves. if anyone can help please let me know. thank you. I am fed up with it all and am sure there will be more in the future! I cannot even change my number with Verizon since somehow people are linking my phone number to her old old old address.
