Call, Ames, IA. I do not answer unknown numbers. No message, they hung up on ring 3.

Called me while I was at work so did not pick up.  I only answer calls that are local or I know the number.  The caller ID said an Iowa number.
No voicemail left.  Received another call earlier in the week from a different number, but also "Iowa".  Did not answer that either.

So, we all know this is a scam phone call. And we know that it is illegal to have such calls made to cell phones. But will someone please tell me who we can report to so this will stop and the scammers can be fined. This is especially frustrating since I am on Do Not Call Registry and calls to cell phones are illegal.
