a man with a rough sounding voice called from 1-515-309-0057 (dcs associate) and asked to speak to my father by his nam, i asked if there was anything i could help him with and he told me "you could do what i f***ing asked so i told him not to call back. he called back 30 seconds later and when i answered to phone he told me "chinga su madre"(f**k you mother)..we are also on the no call list and it does not work at all.
A crooked debt collector, no doubt. First of all, you have obligation to tell a total stranger your name, and if it's a debt collector, you have no obligation to communicate with them at all. Furthermore, it's illegal for a debt collector to use profane or obscene language and his refusal to identify himself may be legally questionably, too.
