Just received a call from this number. Picked up as I'm waiting for the cable man to arrive. Man asked for me by name. Said he was calling from (guessing...went by very fast) 'American Health something something.' and was calling about a discount dental/vision plan that I had enquired about. Said he wanted to verify some personal information.
At this point I cut him off and said, "I've never enquired about a discount dental/vision plan."
He then says VERY RUSHED, "uh well, we're very backed up here so it was probably a long time ago, sounds like you're set so have a nice day." Hangs up.
Have you ever known any insurance salesman to give up after the first no?
