Just got a call from this number, I answered, and it was in the process of an automated response and said, "... this is the caller's voice mail. Okay, good bye."
I have Google voice so it probably got confused because I auto screen all my calls, but decided to answer this one mid screening.
A woman from "National Data Collection" called and asked for somebody who doesn't live here. The caller ID showed the number as "U.S. Cellular". I did a little research and the company doing this is actually called SSI (Survey Sampling International) and their website is http://www.surveysampling.com/ .
