I received a call from this number this morning and when I let the machine take it, whoever it was did not leave a message.  My caller id only showed the number and IOWA CALL.  The only thing I could find out about this number is that it came from a verizon wireless and possibly in the Des Moines area.  I am on the National and my state Do Not Call lists.  I am getting sick and tired of receiving calls like this just about every day not knowing who or what it's all about....and from different numbers.
