Just received call from this number, didn't answer, as I didn't recognize the number. After reading post below, glad I made the choice not to. Told family members not to answer calls from this number.
My Dad, who is disabled, doesn't go online for surveys and is not looking for a job, got a call today from this number. He told them "I think you're a scam and when we hang up I'm calling my State's Attorney General" and the dude hung up. I love my dad, he has balls for DAYS.
Autodialer. A guy came online after I answered and said "hello" several times. He said I had filled out a survey and he was doing a follow up. I asked him what survey. He said I had shown interest in a job and he wanted to see if I was qualified for their free job matching service. Since I am happily employed and not looking, I told him he had called an official State of Iowa cellphone (which he had) and he hung up. I suspect if I was cooperative, he would phish me for personal information or try to get me to give him a credit card number. Conspicuously, in the past three days I have also started getting calls offering a free Las Vegas vacation (although from a different phone number)

I too just had this number show up as an incoming just now. Did anyone fill out anything related to the Harris Poll? That is the only think I can think of, that I might have got caught up in (stupid I know). My cell does not have a voicemail set up and only my family have the number for now. It is brand new. I carry a tracphone for all the other yahoos....at least I thought I did. Oh boy what did I do .....Good luck everyone.
