Craigslist scammer looking to send fake certified check for your item. Before it bounces in a couple weeks, they will pressure you to send them your own money for the amount their check will be over the actual price of the item you listed. Scammer who needs to be ignored.
Came up on caller ID as from Ankeny, IA. I made the mistake of answering the phone. After the customary pause, a gal came on identifying herself as from some magazine company. I quickly told her I was not interested and that she should take my number off her list. I then hung up. Calls like these are becoming more frequent. The DNC list is a joke.
