Very rude hispanic caller. Started talking about prescriptions very fast trying to prevent me from speaking. Told the jerk I'd never buy anything from them, stop calling and remove my number.
I got a call from these folks last month and asked them to remove my number. Apparently they did'nt belive that I wasn't living with a senior citizen so they called again today. I answered and decided to skip the "remove" option and spoke with a slow sounding dude named "Alex". I was nice and respectful when I told him I wanted the calls to stop. He hung up. That's fine, he sounded slow and not very bright. It's nice to hear companies are hiring the slow and mentally challenged to man their phones.
These people/recording have called the house 3 to 4 times daily for the past several months. I've listened to the recording at least 4 times, waiting for the number to press to be taken off the list. Yeah like that really worked. NOPE... I've even called them several times asking to be removed from their auto dial, of course they promise to do it immediately. NOPE...
How their program works: They do give out free Medical ID's (this is NOT Medical Alert although they pretend to be) Now even though the ID is free they charge a monthly service charge to your credit card. Just another SCAM
