This is a guy named Kelly Dunn.  He leaves a fake generic business card with the name of IPS Delivery Services.  There is no such company.  It was from a TV show.  Do not know what his scam is.  Called the number.  He answered. It is a cell number.  He did not say "IPS" or use any standard corporate greeting.  Just a generic "hello".  I asked who he was and we got into some rude back and forth.  That is all I know.
