Who is "Bill from UGA"?  What is "UGA"?  Very cryptic message saying he found my resume on the internet and would like to talk about it.  I have no clue as to the nature of "UGA".

I rcvd a phone call from this number with no response when i answered.  I think this has to do with the fact that i just created a profile on monster.com.  What a horrible site.

I responded to a job placement ad on qcemployme.com. I was required to build my resume thru this site so it could be sent directly thru to the company that I wished to apply to.  I also chose the option for my resume to be confidential to which it could only be viewed by the companies of my choosing.  I selected that option!  
Needless to say, I never applied to this company.  I not only have been getting called by this guy, he's sent an urgent e-mail.  
This is a scam and and will never again trust trust qcemployme website, again!

Sounds scammish to me! And I did a reverse search thru the whitepages - it's a cell phone.
