called at 9:24pm, hung up when I answered

Don't know this number called at 9:21 when I came to this site as I do when I have questions I saw that this number was at the top of the number searches!  Scammers!  at least there is call block on my phone won't have to be bothered by them again.

missed call - no voicemail

Answered it, against my better judgment - don't know who it was, but it was a recording speaking Spanish.

Called back and got a message: "The subscriber's voice mailbox is full. Please try again later. "
