They tried to FaceTime me but then hung up

Received 7:40am on cell on Sat. Who?? did not answer

You'll notice they called me three years ago this February on my cellphone (as well).  THIS time I happened to see the call come in.  I immediately declined the call.

At 9:25AM was in water cleaning-housework & phone rang------3 times only-----how can anyone answer in 3 rings? NUTS!!!!!! Said Farm Journal IN on caller ID. Common sense says let ring more than 3 times!!!!!!! DUH! If it was robo caller then good very good I don't do tape recorded calls anyway. Next time I see this # it WILL go to voice mail. I don't play phone games, have family & home to care for.
