Big time scam artists.  You won't get a telephone call from this individual "Michel Scott" but get a text message regarding a response from a CraigsList ad you may have placed.  He will state that he is in a place where he can not dial out or receive calls.  He says he will pay using PayPal and to verify this by calling his attorney "Peter Johnny" at 956-335-2323.  There is no attorney in the State of Texas by this name.  This number is answered by a recording asking you to leave a name and number.  "Peter Johnny" has been reported as an individual involved in many other major scams.
