Who called from 5158970310

This number claiming they are sending a summons for court date for hot checks written, asking to settle out of court. SCAM

Said they were sending a summons. Saying they will settle out of court SCAM

Had someone who said they were a process server call first, Melanie Rios. She said call this number or she would serve me court summons. One nimber is Iowa and one is in Minnesota.  I live a long way from either state. Scam

ADDING - a real process server will not warn you that they are coming.
