they justs keep calling even after you have spoken too, they call back and you can tell them you have spoke to someone already and they dont care they keep calling back.
I agree with the post above; it's either a collection agency or a telemarketer. I received a call from this number about an hour ago. No message left, so..."guilty until proven innocent."
