This may be CBE group debt collectors using phone # 515 954 7964 which is a number based out of Sully, IA which is essentially nowhere. Probably using this as a forwarding # to mask they are bill collectors. I started gettting calls from this # yesterday (Nov 16, 2011) after not answering calls from their 319-242-7349 for weeks.
Just receive 1st call from this number. It showed as being from Des Moines, Iowa. I don't know the number, so I don't answer. Them do not leave any messges. I figure that it must not be that important to them to get ahold of me.
I reported about two weeks ago receiving call from this number unknown to me. I didn't answer and they didn't leave any message. Since then I get calls on my cell phone everyday and leaving no message. Very annoying. Hope this nuisance ends soon.
