Who called from 5159635601

Continuously calls for the owner, CID-SMS, never identifies himself, won't tell me what the call is regarding - he does tell me, "I'll call him on his cell phone".  A quick search and I can see it's a bogus number.

Also calls from 515-963-5602 - they've employed a female.  They call every day.  Often times on more than one business line.

Matt: Is Kenny there ?
Kenny: Yes who is this ?
Matt: This is Matt I'm calling today to ask if you only do residential or you also commercial work?
Kenny: I have no clue what your talking about

Kenny: Yes who is this ?
Eric: This is Matt calling from Matt Allens Office I'm calling today to ask if you only do residential or you also commercial work?

This company has called probably every week for the past 6 months. A very rude gentleman used to call hanging up on me as soon as I told him the owner was not here. Then a woman started calling a few times.  Now back to a different guy. Basically same thing each time. They ask for the owner by name and when I tell them he's not available they just hang up.  I actually told one of them that he is not typically in the office EVER but it doesn't matter, they still call all of them time asking for him by name and hang up as soon as I say he's not in.
