515-963-7758 - missed the call. Attempted to return the call and received a busy tone the rest of the day. Definitely signs of a local impersonation of the 515 area code, or telemarketer with limited phone numbers, i.e. small telemarketer office.

I have talk to both ankeny walgreens stores and they both say its not one of there fax numbers

got call from this number.i have returned the call back and i heard was someone typing and then a weird sound.

Didn't answer the call and no message left, so called it back and all I got was a fax machine.

I just missed a call from this number and when trying to call back only got a busy signal. No message was left. I bet it was an automated call from Walgreens for either pictures or prescription.
