The caller describe to be computer technical help! Told them I describe for help with my computer I do not need there help! Unfortunately they keep calling!
How can I stop these annoying calls?
Received a call from this number, guy said he was "Rick, from Global", from the noise in the background it was obviously a call center. He asked for the President of our company as if they were buddies, when I said he wasn't in and offered to take a message, he asked for the cell number, as if he'd misplaced it. I told him he didn't have the cell because he didn't know who he was calling and he said "What's his f**king number, b**ch" and then hung up.
Received a call from Jason of Global looking for Bob. Stated Bob was not in could I take a message. Asked for his cell phone because he had missplaced it. Asked for the name of his business and purpose of call. He said Bob was waiting for his call. Said I would gladly take a message. Called me a retard and hung up!
Called and asked to speak with the President of our company by his first name. When I told him he was unavailable and could take a message he aksed for his cell phone number. I told him if he had it I would verify the number. To which he replied if he had it, he would not be asking for it. I told him if he wanted to speak to the President that he would have schedule and appointment. He said he did not want to do that and thanked me for being a SMART A** and hung up. I can't wait until he calls again. I am going to have fun with this guy.
I also recieved a call from Bob at Global last Friday asked for the Boss as if they were the best of friends (little did he know the boss is my father) and I had never heard of this Bob before and I ahve been here 15 years. Asked for his cell and I wouldnt give it out because it seemed odd to me. Then he just called again and the boss was on the phone asked to take a message and again asked for his cell and I wouldnt give it to him and I told him he was very rude and needed to stop called and proceed to get very [***] with me. I tried to have the boss call the number back and got a busy tone. I really hope he doesnt call again because he is going to get a ear full from me NOW knowing this is some sort of scam.
Got a call from this number, the guy said 'Hi this is Bob, can I talk to (first name of our prez)' I asked for more information, and he said 'This is Bob from Global, he'll take the call', We own a company by that name so I asked if it was that company and he said no. I figured as much but I had to check, I know our prez doesn't know a 'Bob from Global'. I put him on hold for a few minutes and came back and said to him 'I'm sorry (Mr. Prez) has no idea who you are...' before I could finish he hung up the phone. I am disappointed we don't have a way to contact this company. 516 area code is New York/Long Island, but I'm sure there are 100's of companies called Global.
