I agree that if no one answers the call, the scammer can't scam. But unfortunately not everyone has the luxury of not answering and have to answer calls, so badgering a victim about answering is unacceptable!

Got a call about 10.am est.  I do not answer any numbers I do not recognize.  They are wasting their time, not mine..Useless scammers.
