I'm with you. I'll bet that we can find a law firm that will be willing to start a class action. It's just that with the VOIP most of these a**holes are calling from outside of the USA.
There are some very useful apps that can identify previously listed spam numbers, and many phones offer call blocking features. Why put up with these jerks?
