i got a call of that number someone asking for police donations or something like that i was busy so i didnt pay much attention sounds like a scam...

They were soliciting donations for the PBA. When I asked them how they got my number they hung up

Jerk claimed to be collecting donations for PBA. Called himself a "Captain" something or other. What a joke
hung up on the stupid loser. Isn't there some law against impersonating a Law Enforcemet Officer?
Two days ago this idiot phoned my home phone, Today he called my cellphone.

Scam caller trying to solicit donations for a phony police organization. My advice: don't fall for it.
