I received a call from "Carla" at this number two days ago. She represented herself as a potential buyer for our home. Said she was in Fresno but had a representative by the name of James here in San Diego who would come and look at our home and made an appointment for him for 10:00 this morning. She did ask the normal questions about the house. I later felt she was in the business of "flipping" houses. James never showed up. I did not give her any information which was not available on the listing along with pictures on the computer. I am wondering what is the scam all about. I did call the number she had given me and found it was listed to James "Litinger".
I just a call on April 5, 2016 from this number. I live in Toronto. Couldn't hear what the person was saying so I hung up and called back to no answer. I just googled the number and saw this page.
