EXTREMELY loud call center (as in, I couldn't hear her well AT ALL over all the people in the background asking the same questions) asking for the shipping manager. I tried to give her our junk email, but she has such a poor grasp on English that she didn't get it right, and I had other lines to answer.
EDIT; She did get it right...
And sent me an email.
