Forward unwanted text messages to 7726 so that your carrier will block them. Some carriers do not accept that code and if that is the case then contact your carrier about how to block unwanted text messages. Also, never, ever click on a link as it will probably install something nasty to your phone that you really will not want to deal with.

I received a text msg from this no stating that my "cell phone no was needed to verify" my last "transaction!" I was to link to somewhere ... who knows?! Added the text no under "Unknown" to my caller list, then BLOCKED.
