robocall to my cell phone from someone telling me something urgent about my electric bill.  I know it has to do with solar panels or some similar nonsense.  I hang up.

Telling me I owe money on a electric bill. I do not have any electric bills in my name.

This company calls several times a day from diff number even after I have blocked them regarding reducing your electric bill.

Really annoying, calls several times per day about my  "electric bill."
