Caller ID says Glen Head (Oyster Bay) ?? ritzy area. Hang up.

Called today, nothing on the line then hung up.

Long Island (NY) area code. Hung up after my the answer greeting. No voice. Either a troll or someone dialing with the shakes.

No message.

Called my cell.  A voice asked, "Can you hear me?", to which I responded, "Why are you calling my number?".  They hung up.  No message left.  I have blocked the number now.
