Just received the same phone call with a recorded mesaage saying theh were from the IRS and should call back immediately. Thought it was a scam so just googled and found that several people have received the same call from same number
This is a scam and I have just filed a police report Against them. They have been harassing me about a crime I committed in New York.... I live on the other side of the country.... And online this number calls people about different issues. They are so stupid!
