The housekeeper unexpectedly picked up receiver and handed it to me, (I explained afterwards that this was unacceptable). After a few seconds of barely understandable speaking, I enterrupted, and asked " who are attempting to call?"
I then explained the number he/she/it was calling is a data line that we were checking for an issue, and that it normally connects to an outgoing only server, so no one had called out on it, and further incoming calls will not be noticed, or answered. Then I hung up and activated block last incoming number.
They were asking if I was on Medicare, then asked if I had any problem with knee or back pain. I blocked them as I could hardly understand the person, heavy accent. I know it was a scam of some kind.
