This number constantly calls me claiming they are Steve Martin from the US treasury. I know this is a scam and this needs to be reported. The phone number is 516-246-7002
"Steve Martin" left a threatening message on my phone. He fraudulently claimed he was with the US Treasury, and he falsely accused me of committing a "federal criminal offense" by my ignoring his demand that I call the above number. He demanded that I call this number (516-246-7002). I certainly wish the FTC could stop these criminals; my 89-year-old father-in-law would fall for this scam.
I got a call from Steve Martin at 3109055424 yesterday and told them I knew they weren't the IRS they said you will be arrested today, today they called from 5162467002 this time he again said I would be arrested soon , I told him that I reported the numbers and the government was on to them . He said " They can't do anything to us " he then called me 10 times in a row till I picked up the phone and SCREAMED as loud as I could into the phone ...

Latest of multiple calls from 516 246 7002. Caller claims to be associated with IRS and refers to "enforcement action." Threat that failure to return this call (and arrange for forwarding of money?) will result in Grand Jury indictment. Did return call perhaps a year ago and this moron actually answer. When questioned directly on his identification and authority, he crumbled. After muttering something about further penalties, he hung up
