The only way to make them stop is to make it unprofitable for them. If we all answer and waste as much of their time as possible, it won't be profitable.
Called my cell phone which is on do not call list. I never answer numbers I do not know. They left no message. Unknown type of call, no name. Am reporting to FTC.
