I just talked to the store manager at Walmart, and they are NOT giving $100 gift cards. Just another scam! I wish they would stop wasting my time. Apparently I am the only one that called Walmart for info.
Scam. These idiots call from a different number every couple weeks so you can never block them permanently. If you play along they almost immediately ask for your credit card number for "a one time shipping fee". Don't fall for it.
They called me on 1/4. I actually called back because I know people who live in NY and thought it could've been one of them. I was connected to someone. I knew it was a marketer, but I stayed on the call so that I could give them a few of my "not so kind thoughts" for harassing me during my work day. Silly me, I fell into the trap when they told me I won a $100 rewards card and only had to pay a $4.95 activation fee. They then proceeded with more advertisements, which I was not interested in. I spoke to more than one person so I thought it was a legit business. I became concerned when I checked my account and my card has a $24.95 hold on it instead of $4.95. Anyone know how I can report this? Thanks!
