Who called from 5162562022

I made the mistake of answering one of these calls by accident today. Now the barrage won't stop.

Recording about student loans. Hung up before it finished. ID showed Hewlett Bay Harbour

Keep getting calls from this number but I never answer the phone and still they keep coming and do not leave a message.  How can these be stpped?

There's no way to prevent the calls from being initiated.  Invest in a call blocker and DO NOT pick up on call numbers you do not recognize.
