Who called from 5162741815

This is the second time in two days I got a call that rang once, hung up and then immediately rang once again.  The call yesterday was from a number in LaPorte IN (219) 608-0400.  Both times I did not get a voicemail.  I tried to call the IN number today and it is no longer valid.  I called this number back and received a recording stated I shopped at a retailer and they want to give me a $100 voucher.  I hung up.  Seems like a scam to me.

RDM OFFER is what my caller ID said....rang twice, no message.

I've been called by this person and they won't pick up

half ring , hangup, no message. same as all the other complaints

Same for me too: a half ring, they hangup, and no message left.  They called my cell just now, and my wife's cell about 4 hours ago.
