There IS a surefire way. If you are willing to pay the price you can stop these calls. Call blocking as it is currently available from service providers is not useful since they only allow you to block about 5-10 numbers. Even the Panasonic phones with built in call blocking will only block 30 numbers. I decided this wasn't good enough and did some research. If you want to spend the money, you can buy any one of a number of devices on the internet that will block up to at least 80 different phone numbers from calling you. These are electronic devices, they are NOT services from a phone service provider. You will pay an average of about 100 dollars for one of these devices. I assure you that they work, and will keep all these weirdos from calling you more than once. Digitone is a good one to start with. I bought my call blocker from them. Google call blocking devices.
