These telemarketers are high in drugs before they doing the Robocalls and responding later, Once they answer feels like they are dazed and confused, hahahaha.
Something about solar panels and seeing if I meet the qualifications. I didn't answer and a message was left starting with the words "and your roof. These funds are distributed on a first-come first-serve basis", etc. Yea, right... I am on the DNC list, so since I do not have an "ongoing relationship" with any companies that do solar panels, this is obviously either a scam to get personal info (needed of course to see if I meet the qualifications) or it is a genuine but dishonest company trying to market to people on the DNC list, either of which is not someone i would ever want to do business with. But I am most inclined to believe it is just the complete scam job so I would recommend not bothering to answer the phone at all for this number.
