Received a call but didn't leave a message. Why do I continue getting calls and they don't leave a message? I am on the "Do Not Call" list and they still call. It is getting awful.
Read the posts above yours. The caller is a loan scammer. He won't leave a message because he knows you'll see through the scam and not call back. He thinks that if he calls often enough you'll answer in person and he can trick/persuade you into signing up and paying a fee to get a loan. He'll never send you the loan amount, but he will demand that you pay it back.
For a scammer the Do Not Call List law is one more law to break.
