Caller ID displayed as "Private Name" following by an unrecognizable number. I let it go to my answering machine to screen the call. They didn't leave a message. I dialed back the number and encountered a human female recording that said, "You've reached the CSM Group. All of our agents are currently busy. Please leave your name and any reference number you may have and we will return your call as soon as possible." I didn't leave a message and hung up.
cms group, they are scam artists that prey on ppl to pay fake debt by using information from other debts. ignore them and dont even talk to them. by acknowleging them they will never stop.
