the DNC does not apply to business, sadly. so if you have a business registered at that phone number even if it's on the Do Not Call List they can still call you
Robot named Robert said he sent me a letter offering me working capital and was following up. Hmmm, well that was a waste of a mailing (that I did not get) and a phone call now wasn't it you idiot. I'm not a business nor self employed so why wouldn't this scammer bother someone who might actually fall for his crap?
I heard and I have no idea if this is true, many of the calls and hang-ups... they are looking for live lines to sell off. So I think it is important to block that call immediately if you know its a telemarketer or SPAM.
