This was a robotic caller who said her name was Amanda and she was speaking about my house qualifying for Solar panels under a government grant. She asked if I was the homeowner and that she would connect me to a representative. After that I hung up.
I got a call from this # - it's from Plandome Manor NY (Long Island, I think), and no one answer on the other end. So I just hung up, must likely a telemarketer call.
